We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic, dynamic solutions sales professional who is looking to grow his/her career in technical solutions sales. The selected person will play an integral role in the business development and sales process. He/She will work closely with the company director to identify, qualify, and cultivate new clients for the company’s products and services.UCS is a full-service multi-disciplined application development and digital communications service provider specialized in designing, developing and implementing mobile and web solutions for a range of industries. We have delivered business success to several FMCG, Distribution, Retail and Pharmaceutical businesses who saw mobility and digital communications as core necessities for continued business growth and performance.Key TasksResponsible for achieving the quarterly/yearly targets assigned by the companyPlay an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clientsAbility to convert sales leads into opportunities and successfully close dealsGenerate new business leads through networking and cold callingDetermine customer needs through requirements assessment and mapping customer requirements to our solution set and development capabilitiesSuggest & negotiate costs for relevant products and servicesAchieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)Engage with relevant team members to assess opportunities and technically present solutionsMaintain healthy relationship with customers and prospectsStay informed, build trust and focus on the right people and companiesDesired SkillsGood understanding of technical sales processAbility to present products clearly and determine best fit for clientTechnical understanding of Web and Mobile solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated fearless cold calling, prospecting, and closing of a saleShould be able to manage the company’s marketing strategies both from a business sales and technical perspectiveAbility to successfully work autonomously while demonstrating excellent time management skillsExperience in complete solution sales, preferredOpen to travel with the EMEA regionMandatory ExperiencePossess a very broad and deep level of knowledge and understanding of selling Web and Mobile technology solutionsDemonstrate ability to effectively position and convey the merits of our software solutions to customers and prospectsBe self-motivated and comfortable in a position that grants autonomyAchieve success with little management or guidanceHave outstanding speaking and writing skillsBe able to translate technical advantages into business benefitsEndeavour to grow company’s sales and marketing capability by mentoring and growing sales teamQualificationsMinimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business fieldAt least 5 years of experience in solutions sales in a technology focused roleSubscribe to our newletter to receive the latest news and updates.
