Reports to Operations Manager

Location Sharjah

**2. Job Objective/Summary**

The purpose of this position is to ensure, and implement regularity and control over UNITED GULF relevant After Sales related requirements. The Asst. Operations Manager - After Sales, responsibilities and authorities are defined in order to be incorporated into the existing Service activities. For this, UG has identified a Asst. Operations Manager - After Sales, whose roles and responsibilities are listed below.

**4. Key Accountabilities Role-Specific Authority**

To serve customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems

To cater to all sold machines under contracts and facilitate AMCs.

To provide after sales support to the above by making site visits where required and supervising the team to deliver highest quality of service.

**5. Job Context/Career Path Core Responsibility**

Ancillary Responsibilities:

- To attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- To open customer accounts by recording account information.
- To maintain customer records by updating account information.
- To resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- To update finance/ accounts team after processing customer adjustments.
- To recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- To prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- To generate revenue by increasing the service efficiency and parts sold.
- Coordinating with technicians to dispatch, attend and resolve machinery issues.

**6. Qualifications, Experience & Skills**

Minimum Qualifications: Graduation in any faculty

Minimum Experience: 2 to 5 years preferably in equipment rentals or similar. Should have knowledge related to heavy machinery spare parts or relevant.
