Position SummaryProvides leadership to the assigned region, overseeing RAC retail activities and stores. Reviews and analyses regional sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets
Role and Responsibilities
Drive all processes including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, and roadmap developmentAnalyses market data with numbers to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communicationsProvide inputs to product development through insights from market research and customer buying behavioursMonthly analysis of key retailer’s performanceDevelop quarterly pitch for retail store transitionManage product compliance against current/upcoming country regulations for each country in the dedicated region.Highlight the product line-up gaps for each country and present encounter measurements to address the factory for product developmentPSI management, sell-in/out, and inventoryManage MENA stock levels and initiate correction plans for stock control
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications:7+ years of experience in strategic retail operations managementBachelor's degree or post-graduate degree preferably in Mechanical EngineeringStrong experience in Retail Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain ManagementFluent in EnglishA proven track record in building strategic partner relationships and expertise in business developmentExcellent Presentation and training skills (Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel is a must)Self-motivated, hard-working, team player with strong analytical skills and business acumenAble to foster relationships with Internal and regional stakeholders to be able to, achieve goalsAble to navigate a global corporate organization and deal with high-pressure situationsAble to deal with multi-working styles personalities & nationalitiesE-Commerce background is a plus * Please visit Samsung membership
