The Senior Manager Structured Finance is responsible for structuring, overseeing, managing, and executing structured finance products and solutions for companies and clients, ensuring strategic decision-making, creative solutions, insightful contributions, problem solving, and optimal products and instrumentsKEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement investment and financing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and risks. Collaborate with internal teams to formulate and execute investment plans.Lead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex financial transactions, including debt financing, project finance, and structured products (such as but not limited to subordinated debt, mezzanine debt, senior secured debt, revolving facilities, including features such as warrants and various fee structures, bonds, sukuks, and securitization)Structure, advise on and execute various grade debt financing including leveraged loans, high yield bonds, bridge financing, venture debt and private debt. • Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with structured finance deals.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Oversee and manage investment portfolios, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with client objectives. Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments to make informed investment decisions. Implement risk management strategies to safeguard portfolio value. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, financial institutions, lawyers, advisors, and other key stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and finance, to facilitate successful deal execution. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on investment and structured finance matters.Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of investment and finance professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. Drive professional development initiatives to enhance team skills and capabilities. Uphold company values throughout business practices and utilise sound judgment in decision making. Any other additional duties as may be required by management based on needs of the business.WORK EXPERIENCEA minimum of 10+ years of experience in related field. Proven experience in investment management and structured finance, demonstrating a successful track record in portfolio management and client relations.EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONRelevant Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.MBA or CFA designation preferred.SKILLS/BEHAVIOUR ATTRIBUTESStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of investment professionals.In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
