Ensures achievement of the budgeted gross profits for the fleet department.Job ResponsibilitiesCalls on and visits target accounts to introduce the companys products.Evaluates customer requirements and needs and negotiates with the customers to finalize the deal.Keeps abreast with tender requirements attends bids proposals and ensures requirements are met to close the deal.Maintains personal contact with fleet accounts to solicit acquire and maintain business relationshipsAttends to customer calls and ensures customer queries and requirements (i.e. quotation) are attended to within the set standards of sales procedures.Provides fleet status reports (daily weekly monthly) as and when required by the National Sales Manager to ensure necessary actions are taken.Ensures that delivery process requirements are met in order to ensure customer satisfaction:1. Ensures all related documents and necessary paperwork are completed2. Advises customers on requirements for bank/insurance approvals3. Coordinates with Service or personincharge for predelivery inspection (PDI) and timely delivery.Maintains a fleet tracking system to maintain an uptodate customer profile and contact status to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat or referral businessMonitors fleet customer needs and service requirements and coordinates with the Sales Manager to ensure that customer requirements are attended toKeeps himself abreast with product information features accessories market/competitor information in order to provide the necessary information to customers and aid them in their buying decisionsProvides feedback to Sales Manager on market conditions competitive products policies distribution activities advertising initiatives etc. that will aid decisions on sales strategies.Job RequirementsQualificationsDiploma / Bachelors degree preferably with an automobile backgroundExperienceExperience8 years of sales experience within the automotive industry gained through progressive roles out of which 2 years must involve supervisory sales operations and team leading.Valid UAE Driving LicenseExcellent negotiation skills and influencing skillsStrong knowledge of product and marketSound financial awareness and business acumenRelationship Management SkillsExcellent presentation skillsWritten and verbal communication in English and Arabic (other regionally spoken languages would be an added advantage)Proficient in MS Word Excel PowerPointKnowledge & SkillsAt Al Rostamani Group we seek talented people who work hard to achieve great things. Job Purpose
