Al Rostamani TradingCompany is the sole authorized distributor of Suzuki and Citronacross the UAE with Sales Service and Parts outlets able to serveits customers throughout thecountry.

Job Purpose

Develops maintains and strengthens business relationships withfleet customers government departments and explores businessopportunities with them to achieve sales targets and customersatisfaction standards. Ensures achievement of the budgeted grossprofits for the fleetdepartment.

JobResponsibilities
  • Callson and visits target accounts to introduce the companysproducts.
  • Evaluates customer requirements andneeds and negotiates with the customers to finalize thedeal.
  • Keeps abreast with tender requirementsattends bids proposals and ensures requirements are met to closethedeal.
  • Tendering
  • Maintainspersonal contact with fleet accounts to solicit acquire andmaintain business relationships
  • Attends tocustomer calls and ensures customer queries and requirements (i.e.quotation) are attended to within the set standards of salesprocedures.
  • Provides fleet status reports(daily weekly monthly) as and when required by the National SalesManager to ensure necessary actions aretaken.
  • Ensures that delivery processrequirements are met in order to ensure customersatisfaction:

1. Ensures all relateddocuments and necessary paperwork are completed
2.Advises customers on requirements for bank/insuranceapprovals
3. Coordinates with Service or personinchargefor predelivery inspection (PDI) and timelydelivery.

  • Maintains a fleet trackingsystem to maintain an uptodate customer profile and contact statusto ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat or referralbusiness
  • Monitors fleet customer needs andservice requirements and coordinates with the Sales Manager toensure that customer requirements are attendedto
  • Keeps himself abreast with productinformation features accessories market/competitor information inorder to provide the necessary information to customers and aidthem in their buying decisions
  • Providesfeedback to Sales Manager on market conditions competitive productspolicies distribution activities advertising initiatives etc. thatwill aid decisions on salesstrategies.

Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelors degree preferably with an automobilebackground

Experience

Experience8years of sales experience within the automotive industry gainedthrough progressive roles out of which 2 years must involvesupervisory sales operations and teamleading.

  • Valid UAE DrivingLicense
  • Excellent negotiation skills andinfluencing skills
  • Strong knowledge of productand market
  • Sound financial awareness andbusiness acumen
  • Relationship ManagementSkills
  • Excellent presentationskills
  • Written and verbal communication inEnglish and Arabic (other regionally spoken languages would be anadded advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Word ExcelPowerPoint
