Description:As part of a 2-year project, we are looking for a creative lead and doer. Joining this new team of top performers, will find you in an entrepreneurial and stimulating environment with global exposure, top management attention and competitive compensation.Job Responsibilities:
In corporation with the new team, you will be responsible for building the new venture and driving day-to-day activities. The venture’s key streams will include MSS business models, MSS enablers, organisational readiness as well as customer mappings and dialogues.The Corporate Venture Lead will report to a Steering Committee headed by EVP Maritime Services and includes key resources from Wilhelmsen Ships Service.This entails to challenge the status quo and eliminate unsuited ideas. To leverage your full potential, our mantra is to execute and try as a source of strategic learning and validation.You’ll excel in summarising the work done by other team members to achieve set deliverables and milestones. Outside your team, you are an excellent relationship builder, and you are continuously on the outlook for market trends and business opportunities.
Job Requirements:
Experience as a founder, co-founder, start-up CEO, or other key leadership roleHigh motivation, resilience, sense of urgency and ownership to make the Marine Supply System-venture succeedStrong ability to conceptualise, communicate and solve problemsGreat communicator and stakeholder management in complex environments is no problem for you
