You will be instrumental in managing and implementing cutting-edge statistical programming strategies, ensuring accurate analysis of complex data sets, and optimizing clinical trials to external stakeholders.Requirements:
Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in statistics, biostatistics, or a related field.Extensive experience in statistical programming within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a focus on oncology and rare diseases preferrable but not a must.Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams.Strong proficiency in statistical programming languages (e.g., SAS, R), and familiarity with CDISC standards.In-depth knowledge of clinical trial design and analysis, including regulatory requirements and guidelines.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex information to diverse stakeholders.
