Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administration Assistant at SVR Global LLC, based in Sharjah. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing clerical tasks, maintaining professional phone communication, managing executive calendars, and ensuring smooth office operations. Other day-to-day tasks include assisting in scheduling meetings, organizing files, and supporting executives with various administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in administration or office management are advantageous
