Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Administrative Assistant based in Sharjah, UAE. The position includes managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, handling general administrative tasks, and providing seamless support to leadership. Other responsibilities involve maintaining communication with various departments and ensuring smooth daily operations of the office. The role demands attention to detail, organizational skills, and professional communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
- Competence in General Administration and organizational tasks
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in administrative or executive support roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous
- Capable of working in an on-site setup in Sharjah, UAE
