WE are hiring – Sales Director (Real Estate – Abu Dhabi)

Providential Properties Management is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive the company's growth in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market reach
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Oversee the full sales cycle and ensure high closing ratios
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, and key partners
  • Train and coach agents to enhance performance and productivity
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasting, and performance analysis for management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold professional standards

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in UAE real estate, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market (required)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Highly organized, strategic thinker, and results-oriented
