Job Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Investment Real Estate Sales Advisor to join our high-performing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in property investment and sales, who can guide clients in identifying high-yield opportunities and navigating the UAE real estate market with confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on property investment strategies, portfolio diversification, and market entry in Abu Dhabi and beyond
  • Promote residential and commercial investment properties, including off-plan and ready-to-move-in units
  • Conduct financial analysis and ROI assessments to support client decision-making
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and financial institutions
  • Negotiate and close property transactions while ensuring legal and financial compliance
  • Stay informed about market trends, regulatory updates, and new project launches
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate leads and develop targeted campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and investment activities using CRM systems

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate investment advisory or sales, preferably in the UAE
  • Strong understanding of investment principles, market dynamics, and financial modeling
  • Proven track record of closing investment-focused property deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
  • RERA or equivalent certification is preferred
