We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team.

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and closing sales transactions. The ideal candidate is proactive, target‑oriented, and knowledgeable about the Abu Dhabi real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
  • Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties
  • Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance throughout the transaction process
  • Negotiate offers and close deals in line with company standards
  • Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, pricing, and regulations
  • Prepare and manage property listings on major real estate portals
  • Build and maintain a strong client database
  • Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales (Abu Dhabi market experience preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Real estate certification is a plus
