Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent – Mandarin & English to join our team. The successful candidate will leverage their bilingual skills to engage with Mandarin-speaking clients, provide expert guidance on property transactions, and contribute to the company's success in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking clients.
  • Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and finalize sales agreements.
  • Provide clients with market insights, investment advice, and after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
