Job Title: Relationship Manager – Team Leader (Secondary Market)

Department: Sales

Reports To: CEO & Head of HR

Location: Signature Collection Realty, Dubai


Job Purpose

To lead and develop a high-performing sales team specializing in Dubai's secondary market. The Team Leader will drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and ensure all team members deliver premium service aligned with the company's luxury real estate standards.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Team Leadership & Performance Management

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Agents.

Set clear sales targets and KPIs, ensuring achievement in alignment with company goals.

Conduct weekly performance reviews, coaching sessions, and improvement plans.

Ensure agents maintain strong market knowledge, professional appearance, and excellent client communication.

  1. Sales Operations – Secondary Market

Oversee all secondary market transactions including listings, viewings, negotiations, and closings.

Ensure accurate property valuations based on current Dubai market trends.

Manage high-value property portfolios and support agents during complex deals.

Maintain updated listings, CRM data, follow-ups, and client pipelines.

  1. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and premium clients.

Ensure exceptional after-sales service, retention, and referral generation.

Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

  1. Team Recruitment & Training

Support HR in hiring qualified and motivated sales professionals.

Provide structured training on luxury sales techniques, negotiation, lead conversion, and market knowledge.

Ensure new joiners complete required training and meet probation KPIs.

  1. Reporting & Coordination

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the CEO and HR.

Collaborate with Marketing to enhance property exposure and lead quality.

Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and professional standards.


Key Requirements

Proven experience in Dubai real estate (secondary market preferred).

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.

Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate regulations and RERA guidelines.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
