Job Title: Real Estate Sales Agent (Russian, Chinese or Ukrainian Speaking) — Commission-Based

We are expanding our sales team and seeking motivated, multilingual professionals fluent in Russian, Chinese, or Ukrainian to join us on a commission-only basis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Actively source, develop, and manage property listings and client portfolios.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants — especially from the Russian-speaking community.

* Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals to successful closures.

* Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitive developments.

* Provide professional guidance and support to clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets on a commission-only structure.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Fluent in English (required).

* Fluent in either Russian, Chinese, or Ukrainian (required).

* Valid UAE Real Estate Broker License (required).

* Proven experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or similar sales roles (UAE experience preferred).

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

* Must have a valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).

* Professional appearance, attitude, and a customer-first mindset.

* Familiarity with CRM systems and online property portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) is an advantage.
