Role Overview

As an Experienced Real Estate Agent, you will play a key role in representing the company, advising clients, and closing high‑value property transactions. You will leverage your market knowledge, negotiation skills, and client network to drive sales and deliver outstanding service in Abu Dhabi's dynamic real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on property options, market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
  • Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and marketing channels.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, negotiations, and close transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate market, new launches, and regulatory changes.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage a strong sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient client service.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a real estate agent, preferably in the UAE market.
  • Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi's property landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, proactive, and client‑focused approach.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
