Job Overview

We are seeking a bilingual Real Estate Agent fluent in Portuguese and English to join our Abu Dhabi team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build trust with Portuguese-speaking clients. You will be responsible for guiding clients through property transactions and providing tailored investment advice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Portuguese-speaking clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about listings
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties based on preferences and budget
  • Negotiate offers and close deals professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the UAE real estate market and legal procedures
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a customer-focused approach
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
