Role : Senior Project Manager
Salary : AED 42,000 + family benefits
Location : Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager to support in overseeing project execution, guiding teams, and ensuring smooth coordination across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support department leadership in meeting set goals and performance targets.
- Lead and supervise project teams, ensure clarity of tasks, and track progress.
- Review project proposals, technical details, timelines, and tender submissions.
- Translate management direction into clear plans and measurable objectives.
- Collaborate with internal units and external partners to meet project needs.
- Develop and enhance processes that improve project delivery and efficiency.
- Monitor team performance and ensure resources and work quality meet required standards.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost control.
- Contribute to long-term planning, expansions, and budget discussions.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by leadership.
Experience & Skills:
- Solid experience managing warehouse, industrial, and standalone commercial projects.
- Civil engineering degree is a must
- 7 or more years of experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work across both office and site environments.
- Proficient in MS Office and project-related software.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
