Key Responsibilities

  • Manage operational and capital projects across Aquaventure World from initiation to completion
  • Prepare and submit project proposals, define deliverables, timelines, and execution plans
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Establish and execute structured project communication plans and reporting frameworks
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Prepare regular status reports and updates for senior management
  • Conduct proactive inspections to maintain operational and aesthetic standards of the park
  • Ensure proper documentation, follow-up actions, and closure of assigned projects
  • Support teams with planning, organization, and problem resolution across multiple priorities
  • Maintain strong coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile

Highly motivated professional with a strong sense of accountability

Proven experience managing projects or task-based initiatives with defined outcomes

High school diploma or general education diploma required

Knowledge of marine facilities or waterparks is an advantage

Professional project management certifications such as PMI, PMP, or PRINCE preferred

Business management qualifications are an advantage

Strong administrative, organizational, and coordination skills

Budgeting or financial planning experience is an advantage
