Key Responsibilities

  • Manage operational and capital projects across Aquaventure World from initiation to completion
  • Prepare and submit project proposals, define deliverables, timelines, and execution plans
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Establish and execute structured project communication plans and reporting frameworks
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Prepare regular status reports and updates for senior management
  • Conduct proactive inspections to maintain operational and aesthetic standards of the park
  • Ensure proper documentation, follow-up actions, and closure of assigned projects
  • Support teams with planning, organization, and problem resolution across multiple priorities
  • Maintain strong coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders

Ideal Profile

  • Highly motivated professional with a strong sense of accountability
  • Proven experience managing projects or task-based initiatives with defined outcomes
  • High school diploma or general education diploma required
  • Knowledge of marine facilities or waterparks is an advantage
  • Professional project management certifications such as PMI, PMP, or PRINCE preferred
  • Business management qualifications are an advantage
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and coordination skills
  • Budgeting or financial planning experience is an advantage
