We're Hiring: Business Development Partner (Commission-Based)
SIGHT-EX is looking for an ambitious Business Development Partner to help us expand our impact across the GCC and MENA region.This is a full-time role for a Business Development Partner based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Business Development Partner is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and promoting SIGHT-EX's executive trainings and services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating deals, and collaborating with the executive team to align on strategic goals. The role requires frequent interaction with decision-makers across various sectors to drive growth and expansion.
Your Role:
- Identify and engage new corporate clients for executive training, consulting, and research projects
- Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers and HR leaders
- Represent SIGHT-EX at networking events, conferences, and industry forums
- Collaborate with our expert team to tailor solutions for clients' leadership and transformation needs
- Drive the full business development cycle—from prospecting to closing deals

Who You Are:
- Driven, proactive, and results-oriented professional
- Experienced in B2B and B2G sales, preferably in executive education, consulting, or learning and development solutions
- Strong network among senior executives and organizations in the GCC/MENA
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Motivated by growth, impact, and the opportunity to earn based on your success
- Experience in Leadership Development and Training
- Proficiency in Project Management and Consulting
- Proven track record in Sales and Business Development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the MENA region and its business landscape is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
