Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in United Arab Emirates. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. Additional responsibilities include managing and mentoring sales teams, conducting market analysis, and ensuring clients' fire safety needs are met with tailored product and service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales strategy development, lead generation, and business development
  • Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and effective communication
  • Knowledge of fire protection systems, including ELV systems, fire alarms, firefighting products, and suppression systems
  • Ability to analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and identify growth opportunities
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide sales teams
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the UAE market or familiarity with fire safety regulations in the region is an asset
