Sales Manager - Sharjah, UAE We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential threats or opportunities Provide training, coaching, and support to the sales team to performance Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review Build strong relationships with key clients to ensure long‑term satisfaction and retention Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products/services Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the UAE market (preferably in Sharjah) Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills In‑depth knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (MBA preferred) Fluency in English is essential (knowledge of Arabic is a plus) We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month plus commission based on performance.
