  • As part of our Middle East expansion, we are looking to onboard an experienced Business Development Manager to drive regional growth and build strategic partnerships.

  • This is a front-facing, growth-critical role responsible for expanding the client and partner ecosystem that supports business development initiatives for other Group companies across the Middle East.

  • The role will focus on acquiring clients across priority sectors including Real Estate, Oil & Gas, Finance, Construction, and allied industries.

  • The candidate will be responsible for building and scaling channel partners, sub-vendors, and franchisee networks across the region while establishing long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and business leaders.

  • The position also involves expanding consultancy's footprint with corporates, family offices, and enterprise clients, collaborating closely with internal teams to support cross-group business opportunities, and representing the brand with high professionalism, credibility, and market insight.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, partnerships, or client acquisition within the Middle East and will bring exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to build trusted relationships.

  • Strong access to or experience working with senior Talent Acquisition leaders, Wealth Managers, Chartered Accountants, and Luxury Retail professionals is highly desirable.

  • The candidate should be comfortable engaging with CXOs, founders, and senior stakeholders, have knowledge of Arabic as an added advantage, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and consistently deliver results.
