We're Hiring: Senior Business Development Professional (B2B)

Location: Abu Dhabi

We're looking for someone who genuinely understands B2B relationships and knows how to open doors in the UAE market. If you've been working in business development here for at least two years, have solid experience dealing with companies, and enjoy meeting people and building long-term professional relationships — this could be a great fit for you.

At Elevate Group, we handle a mix of services: Audit, Tax, Business Setup, Accounting, and Digital Solutions. We need someone who can confidently talk about these services, understand client needs, and match them with the right solution.

What you'll be doing

  • Reaching out to new clients and building strong business relationships.
  • Meeting companies across different sectors and understanding their needs.
  • Introducing them to our services — whether it's audit, tax, company setup, accounting, or digital support.
  • Handling the entire sales cycle on your own — from finding leads to closing deals.
  • Setting up BD operations in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi (your choice based on where you prefer to work).
  • Eventually building and managing your own BD team as the department grows.
  • Staying connected with existing clients so they continue working with us for multiple services.

What we're looking for

  • Someone currently working in a B2B BD role in the UAE for at least 2 years.
  • Experience in professional services (audit, consulting, tax, business setup, corporate services, etc.) is a big plus.
  • Confident, presentable, and comfortable speaking with decision-makers.
  • Able to work independently without constant supervision.
  • A natural relationship-builder who enjoys meeting people.
  • UAE driving license would be helpful.
