Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Abu Dhabi, is for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with the design and project teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet client expectations. Responsibilities include market analysis, presenting service offerings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the interior design, fit-out, or construction sector
  • Strong client relationship management and client engagement skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business growth
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with design and space planning concepts, as well as construction and interior fit-out processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of the UAE market and relevant business practices
