Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for a Business Development Executive. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating new business leads, managing client accounts, developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, and driving business growth. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to meet business targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management for effective client relationship management.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to connect with clients and team members.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop customer-focused solutions.
  • Proficiency in using sales CRM tools and relevant software is an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in the food packaging or hospitality industry is desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
