Looking for a results-driven Channel Partner Executive in the real estate industry to lead and grow our partner network. The ideal candidate will have experience managing relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and third-party distributors, driving sales, and achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies, identify new partners, and create promotional programs to drive growth.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, ensuring sales targets are met. Collaborate with partners on sales plans and forecasts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, providing ongoing support and resolving issues.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to equip partners with product knowledge and sales strategies.
  • Work with the marketing team to align promotional efforts and enhance sales.
  • Track sales performance and market trends, providing insights and recommendations for growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or professional certification/Diploma in management/administration or 3 years' experience working in similar capacity
  • UAE Experience and Experience in Designate country
  • Sound knowledge on activities on real estate companies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills and good command of local language and English
  • Ability to prepare and carry out presentations.
  • Capable to manage multiple tasks and projects including managing external agents and real estate companies
  • Excellent Computer skills, mainly MS – Excel, Power point and MS - Outlook
