Our client, a prominent business setup consultancy, is looking for a Channel Partner Advisor to manage and grow their network of partners. This role is key in supporting and training business setup firms and consultants, maintaining strong relationships with Free Zones, and driving consistent revenue through partner collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming sales leads from channel partners and convert them into revenue
  • Conduct a minimum of 35 in-person meetings per month with new and existing channel partners, logging details and proof in Zoho CRM
  • Train and onboard new consultants and setup firms to optimize performance and increase sales output
  • Provide updated information to partners on business formation, activity selection, Free Zone requirements, and regulatory changes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Free Zones and channel partners through ongoing communication and support
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the channel partner network
  • Coordinate with internal Compliance and Operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and document processing
  • Monitor competition through regular mystery shopping and stay informed of market trends
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales and activity reports to management
  • Deliver excellent support to channel partners from initial inquiry through to license and visa processing
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and uphold a professional, solutions-focused approach at all times

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven experience in a similar client-facing or sales role
  • Experience in Freezone or company formation is an advantage
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining partner relationships
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections and close deals
  • Effective communicator with presentation and training capabilities
  • Proficient in CRM systems (preferably Zoho) and Microsoft Office
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and highly organized
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
