Regional Sales Manager

Job Purpose:
Finding new distribution and EPC companies in the region. Manage the entire sales workflow including coordination for deliveries with production and sales support team, and service the key accounts. This position is directly responsible for the sales of the assigned countries/regions for all products manufactured/marketed by
V-tac I Austa
. Will execute the Sales Strategy & be accountable for implementation of the strategy at ground level.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & execute the long-term Category, Sales & Distribution strategy & the annual plan and ensure they are in line with the overall company strategy
- Lead and oversee Sales and Distribution and responsible for targets by way of generating business through new clients/leads
- Develop and nurture relationships of trust with a portfolio of customers - Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and translate into business opportunities
- Strengthen
V-TAC
and its other brands sold in the current portfolio and formulate and continuously monitor the go to market strategy for the region - Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret and synthesize data sets and identify insights.
- Should have a strong reasoning ability
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with clients, and employees within the company.
- Conducting research on potential clients, staying on top of customer needs and changes in the industry, preparing reports for management, and resolving complaints and other service issues.
- Arabic (Spoken) is preferred
- Must have an existing database of clients in MENA region
Qualifications & Experience
- B.E. / Diploma in Electronics/Electricals/Mechanical or MBA in Marketing/International Business
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or distribution within the
Sales & Power Electronics
industry. - Background of Solar Business preferrable
- Strong network of distributors or key accounts across the African region.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving regional growth.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of African market dynamics, import/export procedures, and local business cultures.
