Location: Dubai – extensive travel across Africa

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Regional Sales Manager – Africa to drive our growth in the African market by expanding partnerships, developing distribution networks, and delivering value-driven solutions in LED and solar categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across assigned African markets.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, resellers, and key accounts within the lighting and solar segments.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, government agencies, and channel partners to increase brand presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to launch new products and promotional campaigns suited for regional markets.
- Conduct regular market research to assess competitor activities, pricing, and product trends.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report key metrics to management.
- Provide training and product support to partners and sales teams to enhance technical understanding and sales performance.
- Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions representing V-TAC across Africa.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and credit control guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in B2B sales or distribution within the lighting, solar, or electrical industry.
- Strong network of distributors or key accounts across the African region.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving regional growth.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of African market dynamics, import/export procedures, and local business cultures.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Portuguese is an added advantage.
