Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for an experienced Receptionist specializing in Office Administration. The role involves managing day-to-day front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls professionally, and managing clerical tasks. The receptionist will also handle administrative duties, assist in fostering effective communication across teams, and provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and requests efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including managing calls, scheduling appointments, and providing professional greetings.
  • Experience with Clerical Skills such as data entry, filing, document management, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients, visitors, and team members while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, email systems, and other administrative tools.
  • Previous experience in office administration or receptionist roles is preferred.
