We are looking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Forex trading firm. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage front-desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and business partners in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain visitor records
  • Provide basic information about the company's services to walk-in clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth front-office operations
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional appearance at all times
  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as required

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Female candidates only
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • Presentable appearance with a professional and pleasant demeanor
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or front-office executive (preferably in financial services or Forex industry) is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and handle clients confidently
