Receptionist / Admin Assistant (With Basic HR Knowledge)**
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary Range: AED 5,000 – 7,000 (Depends on experience)
Availability: Immediate joiners only
We are looking for a professional and highly organized Receptionist / Admin Assistant who also has basic HR knowledge to support our growing company. If you are someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage both front-desk and administrative responsibilities, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front-desk operations: welcoming guests, answering calls, handling inquiries
Provide administrative support to management and operations
Assist HR with basic tasks such as employee documentation, onboarding, filing, and coordination
Maintain office supplies, schedules, and records
Coordinate with internal departments for daily operational needs
Ensure the reception area is presentable and professional at all times
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Receptionist or Admin Assistant
Basic knowledge of HR processes (onboarding, documentation, leave tracking, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and customer-service oriented
