Receptionist / Admin Assistant (With Basic HR Knowledge)**

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary Range: AED 5,000 – 7,000 (Depends on experience)

Availability: Immediate joiners only

We are looking for a professional and highly organized Receptionist / Admin Assistant who also has basic HR knowledge to support our growing company. If you are someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage both front-desk and administrative responsibilities, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front-desk operations: welcoming guests, answering calls, handling inquiries

  • Provide administrative support to management and operations

  • Assist HR with basic tasks such as employee documentation, onboarding, filing, and coordination

  • Maintain office supplies, schedules, and records

  • Coordinate with internal departments for daily operational needs

  • Ensure the reception area is presentable and professional at all times

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or Admin Assistant

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes (onboarding, documentation, leave tracking, etc.)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Professional appearance and customer-service oriented

  • **Must be available to join immediately**
