ROLE OVERVIEW:

RAKEZ is seeking to appoint a Growth Partner – B2B Sales Officer to play a key role in driving corporate client acquisition, agent network expansion, and revenue growth across our business ecosystem. This is a high-impact, front-line commercial role suited for a driven sales professional with strong exposure to B2B consultative selling, business setup services, and corporate solutions in the UAE market.

The role is responsible for building and converting a strong B2B sales pipeline, onboarding new growth partners and agents, and promoting RAKEZ's full portfolio of business setup, licensing, facilities, visas, and value-added services. The Sales Officer will own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to license issuance and onboarding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive B2B client acquisition and agent onboarding in line with assigned revenue and growth targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and conversion to onboarding.
  • Promote RAKEZ's complete portfolio including business setup, licensing, facilities, visas, and value-added services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, agents, and business partners.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand market reach.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM for leads, agents, pipeline, and conversions.
  • Track pipeline health, conversion ratios, and individual performance against targets.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with Customer Experience, Licensing, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Ensure full compliance with RAKEZ sales governance, policies, and regulatory guidelines.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Arabc is required.
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, free zone, business setup, or corporate services in the UAE.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and conversion KPIs.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office.
  • High level of commercial awareness, resilience, and results orientation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
