Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team in our lighting showroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or lighting sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day showroom sales operations

  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue

  • Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers

  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with the procurement team

  • Prepare sales reports and analyze performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar retail role (lighting industry preferred)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to meet sales goals and manage a team effectively

  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills

  • Knowledge of lighting products, fixtures, and trends (an advantage)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
