Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Sharjah. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role involves managing a sales team, setting performance goals, monitoring sales metrics, and implementing strategies to meet and exceed targets. The Sales Manager will also ensure excellent customer service and work closely with other departments to achieve overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Building
- Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Team Leadership, and Performance Monitoring
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
- Familiarity with market trends and analytical skills to identify business opportunities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales
