Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Daily tasks will include building and managing customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and increasing market share across multiple industries, such as dairy, beverage, bakery, and meat products. The Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop customized solutions and drive revenue growth in the local market.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, including business development, account management, and client relationship building.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage, dairy, bakery, and other industrial ingredient sectors is highly preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills for engaging clients effectively.
  • Ability to conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking software to manage leads and monitor performance.
  • Team leadership experience and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred; additional languages are a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
