About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Healthcare B2B Sales Representative who's confident, driven, and passionate about health and wellness. This person will take the lead in building strong partnerships with clinics, laboratories, and healthcare professionals across Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit clinics and healthcare providers to present RobGenes' tests and personalized supplements.
• Highlight our differentiators compared to competitors and communicate our value proposition effectively.
• Build long-term relationships with doctors and clinic decision-makers.
• Offer commission programs to doctors recommending RobGenes to their patients.
• Follow up consistently with clinics and healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with partner labs (such as York Labs) to refer patients and strengthen partnerships.
• Achieve a target of 5 new clinic or doctor sign-ups per month.
Requirements
• Proven experience in Healthcare B2B sales (diagnostics, supplements, or wellness preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of the Jumeirah and Al Wasl clinic market is a plus.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive attitude.
