We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth across key sectors, including hospitality, facilities management, manufacturing, and corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate clients across targeted industries (hotels, factories, facility management companies, corporate offices, and residential towers).

Conduct door-to-door visits, client meetings, and presentations to procurement teams, senior management, and decision-makers.

Negotiate and close contracts through a consultative and solution-driven sales approach.

Collaborate with operations and finance teams to prepare tailored proposals, pricing structures, and service agreements.

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to maximize retention and upselling opportunities.

Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Proven track record of 3–5+ years in B2B sales (preferably in security services, facilities management, or related service industries).

Strong negotiation, networking, and business development skills with the ability to close deals at the decision-maker level.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Knowledge of the UAE market and existing client connections is highly desirable.

UAE Driving License (preferred) – ability to conduct regular client visits across Dubai.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a proactive sales mindset.
