Role Overview

As an International Real Estate Agent, you will represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate in building and managing relationships with clients worldwide. You will provide expert guidance on Abu Dhabi's property market, facilitate cross-border transactions, and deliver exceptional service to international investors seeking prime opportunities in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise international clients on property investment opportunities, market trends, and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global investors, expatriates, and overseas partners.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close transactions with professionalism.
  • Coordinate with developers, legal teams, and financial institutions to ensure smooth cross-border deals.
  • Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate market, international investment trends, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Manage a portfolio of international clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably with international clients.
  • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market and global investment trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse cultures and client needs.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or other languages are an advantage.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
