About the Role

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and client‑focused Real Estate Agent (Emirati Speaker) to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for UAE Nationals who are confident communicators, passionate about property, and eager to build a successful career in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and support Emirati and Arabic‑speaking clients throughout the full sales cycle.
  • Promote and sell residential, luxury, and off‑plan properties across Abu Dhabi.
  • Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and investment consultations.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of communities, market trends, and developer offerings.
  • Negotiate offers and close deals in line with company standards and UAE regulations.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and exceptional client service.

Requirements

  • UAE National (Emirati) with fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills.
  • Experience in real estate sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Professional, confident, and target‑driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
