WE ARE HIRING: REAL ESTATE BROKERS – ABU DHABI MARKET EXPERTS ONLY

Wolves International Real Estate is aggressively expanding its Abu Dhabi real estate division and is actively headhunting experienced brokers who already know how to close deals in the Abu Dhabi market.

This role is NOT for beginners.

If you don't have hands-on knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, developers, pricing, and buyer behaviour, do not apply.

WHO WE WANT

  • Proven Abu Dhabi real estate brokers
  • Closers who can manage deals from lead to handover
  • Agents with an existing client base or strong market presence
  • Results-driven professionals—not trainees

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Handle buying, selling, and leasing across Abu Dhabi
  • Advise investors and end-users with real market expertise
  • Conduct viewings, negotiate, and close deals independently
  • Build and manage your own pipeline
  • Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

  • 6 months to 1+ year of Abu Dhabi real estate experience
  • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, developers, and regulations
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Confident, professional, and performance-focused mindset
  • Must be currently based in the UAE
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
