Our client is a globally recognized fintech business at the forefront of online multi-asset trading, with a strong presence across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM. Serving a diverse global client base, the company provides access to a broad range of markets including
FX, commodities, indices, and digital assets
through an advanced proprietary platform.

Known for its sophisticated trading infrastructure, deep liquidity relationships, and real-time execution capabilities, the business is entering a new phase of strategic expansion. As such, it is seeking a
strategically minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
to help lead its financial transformation and long-term growth agenda.

This is a high-impact executive opportunity for a finance leader with deep market knowledge and a global outlook. The CFO will serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, with a mandate to
drive global expansion, optimize financial performance, and prepare the business for future capital events

This role requires a seasoned finance executive with
deep domain knowledge of FX, commodities, or high-volume trading environments
, who can navigate regulatory complexity and dynamic markets while contributing to long-term strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership
• Shape and execute the company's global financial strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
• Provide financial direction to support expansion into new markets, product lines, and partnerships.
• Industry-Specific Finance Expertise
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of
  FX, derivatives, and commodity trading
  to develop financial models and risk frameworks aligned with high-frequency and high-leverage market activity.
• Stay ahead of regulatory and market developments in key jurisdictions.
• Capital Planning & M&A
• Lead the financial analysis and execution of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other growth transactions.
• Support the board and shareholders on capital market strategy.
• Business Performance & Commercial Analysis
• Build advanced FP&A capabilities to deliver performance insights across geographies, business units, and asset classes.
• Guide pricing, client segmentation, and profitability analysis to inform commercial strategy.
• Board & Investor Reporting
• Deliver strategic insights to the board, ensuring a clear view of financial performance, market risks, and forward-looking scenarios.
• Prepare high-quality investor presentations, forecasts, and financial narratives as required.
• Team & Culture Leadership
• Lead and evolve a global finance function, fostering a culture of commercial acumen, agility, and operational excellence.
• Build scalable finance infrastructure to support a high-growth, tech-driven business.

Candidate Profile

• Senior finance executive with CFO or Deputy CFO experience in a
  trading, brokerage, fintech, or capital markets environment
  .
• In-depth knowledge of
  FX, commodities, derivatives
  , or related financial instruments is essential.
• Strong track record of strategic financial leadership, including
  capital raising, M&A, and business transformation
  .
• Experience operating in regulated, multi-jurisdictional environments with an understanding of regional financial frameworks.
• Commercially oriented with the ability to influence product, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Skilled communicator and board-level contributor with proven leadership of high-performing teams.
