We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of our thriving parking management company in the UAE. The CFO will play a critical role in driving financial planning, risk management, and sustainable growth to support our expanding business footprint in the region.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

  • Oversee all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to provide insightful financial analysis and guidance to executive leadership.

  • Manage cash flow and capital structure to optimize liquidity and funding for operational initiatives and expansions.

  • Lead financial risk management by identifying potential risks and implementing measures to mitigate exposure.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including auditors, regulators, and financial institutions to ensure compliance and transparency.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

  • Collaborate with other department heads to support operational efficiency and strategic decision making through financial insights.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CFO preferably within the parking management or related industry.

  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and best practices within the UAE market.

  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills with experience leading diverse finance teams.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial planning, risk management, and reporting.

  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional finance certifications (e.g. CPA, CMA) are highly desirable.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong commitment to integrity and excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED30, AED45,000.00 per month
