  • Role Summary
  • The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for managing the company's financial strategy, planning, and performance. This role combines financial expertise with a strong understanding of the entertainment industry, supporting creative growth while ensuring profitability and financial stability.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the company's financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
  • Manage cash flow, capital, and financing for productions and operations.
  • Partner with production teams to plan and track budgets for films, shows, or events.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities, investments, and partnerships.
  • Maintain relationships with investors, banks, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop the finance and accounting teams.
  • Support strategic decisions that balance creativity and commercial goals.
  • Qualifications
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 10+ years of senior finance experience, ideally in entertainment or media.
  • Strong knowledge of production finance, IP rights, and revenue models.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with financial strategy, reporting, and investor relations.
