About the Role:
Hulk Decor Cont. LLC is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Officer to expand our client base within the UAE interior design and fit-out market. The role is commission-based and ideal for a professional with an established network in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the interior fit-out, design, and contracting sectors.
- Generate and close leads with real-estate developers, architects and other clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop tailored proposals and close deals.
- Meet sales targets and deliver measurable growth results.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE interior or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong network within the UAE design, construction, or real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
