Position Summary

The Senior Vice President – Finance will lead the financial strategy, control, and planning for the company, ensuring that the company's financial operations support business growth, profitability, and sustainability across all regional . This position is responsible for strategic financial management, treasury, audit, risk, and compliance while acting as a key business partner to the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with corporate and growth objectives.
  • Advise the Board on capital planning, business performance, and new investment opportunities.
  • Lead financial forecasting, annual budgeting, and KPI tracking across business units.
  • Drive financial discipline and accountability across departments and regional entities.

Financial Management and Control

  • Oversee group accounting, reporting, and consolidation of multi-entity financials.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to Board.
  • Strengthen financial controls, audit processes, and compliance frameworks.
  • Drive CORE optimization and process automation to enhance efficiency and transparency.

Treasury, Cash Flow, and Banking

  • Manage cash flow, fund allocation, and credit utilization efficiently.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Supervise project financing, LC facilities, forex management, and cost of capital optimization.
  • Ensure liquidity planning supports operational and project requirements.

Risk Management and Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to financial, legal, and tax regulations across all group companies.
  • Oversee internal audit, risk assessment, and insurance management.
  • Implement proactive risk mitigation for financial exposure, credit, and operational risks.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulators to ensure full statutory compliance.

Business Partnership and Leadership

  • Partner with VPs of Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales, to support profitability and performance.
  • Provide financial evaluation and guidance on business expansion, joint ventures, and investments.
  • Drive continuous improvement in cost efficiency and working capital management.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team across regions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance.
  • 15–20 years of progressive experience in finance leadership, preferably within energy, oil & gas, trading, or EPC/project-based organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-country financial operations and group consolidation.
  • Expertise in treasury, project finance, compliance, and audit management.
  • Proven track record of leading financial transformation and driving business performance.
