Vice President – Sales | Dubai (DIFC) | Immediate Start

We are looking for a high-performing
Vice President – Sales
to join a leading alternative investment and boutique investment banking platform based in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to work with innovative hedge funds, private equity, and alternative investment products.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting institutional investors, family offices, HNWIs, and sovereign wealth funds
  • Build and maintain strong investor relationships locally, regionally, and internationally
  • Collaborate with internal teams (investment, marketing, legal, compliance) to craft compelling investment propositions
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to seize new opportunities
  • Lead capital introduction, co-investment initiatives, and investor relationship management

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related; MBA/advanced degree preferred
  • Significant experience in institutional sales, capital raising, or investor relations within asset management/private equity/alternative investments
  • Proven track record of raising substantial capital from institutional and/or family office investors
  • Strong regional and global network, with excellent commercial acumen
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing or leading teams, capable of coaching high-performance professionals
